League of Legends high school championship

If you think your high school has what it takes to battle for the coveted League of Legends Queensland high school championship title and a chance to compete for the Australian title then sign-up.
The rules are simple: assemble your team; enlist a teacher or parent and battle other schools. Games are played every Tuesday at 5pm, in a non-eliminating (or Swiss) format allowing new teams to enter at any point during the 10 week competition.
The top team from Queensland will earn the coveted Queensland title and travel to national finals at the Melbourne Esports Open to play-off against the top team from around Australia and New Zealand.
Students train and compete in teams of five whilst also developing essential skills such as strategic thinking, teamwork and communication through this form of competition communication.
Esports is a billion-dollar industry, with a reach of more than 450 million viewers. This emerging industry will bring a broad range of career opportunities to graduates.
